Powered by three custom linear toroidal power supplies—dedicated separately to digital input, left analog output, and right analog output—the RD160 ensures ultra-clean, stable delivery. The proprietary ROSE NRA™ (Noise Reduction Analog) filter maintains a flat, precise frequency response across the full spectrum, preserving musical detail from deep bass to airy highs.
High-Precision OCXO Clocking
An internal OCXO (Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator) guarantees stable, low-jitter timing. For advanced system setups, the RD160 also supports an external 10 MHz master clock via BNC or SMA inputs.
Hidden Display & Intuitive Controls
The front panel features hidden AMOLED screens that light up when active, showing signal flow, upsampling filters, and volume levels. Responsive buttons deliver tactile control, blending analog-style interaction with modern precision.
Extensive Connectivity
The RD160 is equipped for virtually any digital source, supporting USB SFP fiber, USB-B, HDMI I²S, Optical, Coaxial (RCA/BNC), and AES/EBU inputs.
