Next, the Macassar ebony fingerboard boasts a 16-inch radius that optimizes your extended-range setup. Lastly, the jumbo stainless steel frets provide a slick surface with plenty of meat to enable easy bends — all while being all but impervious to fret wear!

Any fan of Aaron’s fingerboard virtuosity is keenly aware of how many tones his progressive metal virtuosity covers — often within a single song! Low-tuned chug, saturated lyrical leads, ultra-clean rapid-fire arpeggios: it’s a tall task for any set of pickups to cover. To meet his exacting needs, the Schecter Aaron Marshall AM-7 is loaded with a pair of pickups built by Schecter USA, including a Solstice humbucker in the bridge and an Equinox humbucker in the neck. Moreover, a 5-way switch grants you access to plenty of unique in-between tones, making this 7-string an absolute titan of versatility.
